With three levels of ocean view decks, Latitude Adjustment celebrates outdoor living. On the inside, this spacious home provides privacy for all guests with three distinct bedroom suites. The open main floor supports easy entertaining and family gatherings with a large gourmet kitchen, a gracious dining area and a living room that offers stunning ocean vistas.

Sit back and relax in the hot tub with friends or sit on the deck around the outdoor gas fireplace. The deck also has a grill for cooking up your favorite meals. Latitude Adjustment is a dog friendly house.

Bedrooms

The home features 3 bedrooms and can support up to 8 guests. The main master features a king size bed and a private balcony that looks out onto the ocean. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a steam shower. The secondary master features a queen size bed and en suite bathroom. The lower level double bunk room has sleeping for 4 and an adjacent bathroom.
